Answer: At KHAF Homes, we like to “Under promise and over perform”. The median term to build a single family Home is 4-6 months (Post Permitting)

8. What areas you are currently building?

Answer: We are currently building in multiple areas around Dallas-Fort Worth. Please let us know what area you are interested in and we will try our best to accommodate you. 

9. If not a current build, what options would one have for a new build? What areas is this available for?

Answer: We are able to build homes in many settings , one of them being single family homes on land that either our client owns, or are looking to buy. Whether your plans are drawn or you need it done by professionals we have you covered.
